You may have heard a mention last night during Jameis Winston’s post game interview, after winning the National Championship, of Ethan Fisher. Ethan is the son of Florida State’s head football coach Jimbo Fisher and a young man that has already gone through so much at his age. Ethan is diagnosed with a disease called Fanconi anemia, a rare blood disorder that can cause bone-marrow failure, leukemia and tumors, according to Fanconi.org. The average lifespan of someone suffering from the disease is between 28 and 30 years. Watch their story above. Also, learn more about the Kidz1stFund foundation here.
